Vehicle Livery

Your vehicles are seen thousands of times a week. We design, print and fit livery that makes every one of those views count, from a single van to a full fleet.

What we do

Van wraps, fleet livery and magnetic panels that turn every mile into advertising.

[Placeholder copy] A sign-written vehicle is the hardest-working advert most businesses will ever own. It works while you drive, while you park and while you sit in traffic on the A167. We have been designing and fitting vehicle livery from our Spennymoor workshop for over 30 years, for sole traders, growing firms and national fleet operators.

[Placeholder copy] Everything happens under one roof. We survey your vehicle, design livery that stays legible at speed, print on trade-grade vinyl and fit it in our own bays. No couriering panels around the country, no third-party fitters, no surprises.

[Placeholder copy] Whether you need a full colour-change wrap, cut-vinyl graphics for a new van or magnetic panels you can swap between vehicles, start with the service pages below or send us the vehicle details for a straight answer on cost and lead time.

The problems we solve

  • Your vans are invisible

[Placeholder] Plain vehicles do thousands of unpaid miles a year. Livery turns that mileage into the cheapest advertising your business will ever buy.

  • Nothing matches

[Placeholder] Vehicles branded at different times by different suppliers drift apart. We hold one specification so every vehicle looks like the same firm.

  • You cannot afford downtime

[Placeholder] Vehicles off the road cost money. We schedule fitting around your operations, including evenings and staged weekends.

How we do it

  1. We come and look

[Placeholder] A survey, or a photograph and a registration, depending on the job. We measure the actual vehicle or building rather than working from assumptions.

  2. You approve a proof

[Placeholder] Artwork laid out on your real vehicle template or building elevation, so you see the finished thing before anything is printed.

  3. We make it here

[Placeholder] Printed, laminated and fabricated in our own Spennymoor workshop, on trade-grade materials specified for where the job will live.

  4. Our own team fits it

[Placeholder] Fitted by the people who made it, in our indoor bays or on your site, with the access equipment and paperwork the job needs.

Who we have done it for

  • Placeholder image: liveried buses parked in rows at a depot at dusk
    Public transport

    Arriva

[Placeholder copy, to be approved by client before publication] A regional bus operator needed livery applied consistently across a working fleet, with vehicles only available in short overnight windows and no tolerance for buses missing the morning run.

    Transport engineering

    Stagecoach

[Placeholder copy, to be approved by client before publication] An engineering depot needed its maintenance areas brought up to a consistent visual standard: tool control at every bay, performance boards the whole shift could read, and signage that survived a working workshop.

What our customers say

Rated 5.0 out of 5
[Placeholder testimonial, replace before launch] The vans came back looking better than the brochure. Honest advice, straight prices and the job was done when they said it would be.

Common questions

Do you work outside County Durham?

[Placeholder] Yes. Most livery work happens at our Spennymoor workshop, but we regularly fit for customers across Teesside, Tyneside and North Yorkshire, and fleet contracts take us further afield.

How long does vehicle livery last?

[Placeholder] Quality cast vinyl typically lasts five to seven years outdoors. We only use trade-grade films and every job comes with our workmanship guarantee.

Can you match my existing brand colours?

[Placeholder] Yes. We match to Pantone or paint references and can colour-match from an existing vehicle if your artwork records have gone missing.
